INDICATIONS:

DAY 1:
Breakfast: Infusion preferred with sweetener + orange or grapefruit juice + 1 toast bread.
MID-morning: carrot sticks
lunch: 1 cup of broth diet + 1 cup fruit salad
snack: Infusion preferred with sweetener + 1 piece of 5 x 5 cm + 1 ham feta cheese
dinner: 1 hard boiled egg with lettuce and onion + 1 biscuit all bran or similar.
Dinner with lunch can be reversed.
DAY 2:
breakfast: Infusion preferred with sweetener + 1 biscuit with cheese spread diet.
MID-morning: carrots sticks
lunch: 1 cup of broth diet + 2 sausages with mustard
snack: Infusion preferred with sweetener + 2 pieces of seasonal fruit
DINNER: 2 with 1 egg whites Omelette piece of 5 x 5 cm + 1 all bran cookie cheese or similar.
