The egg is a nutritious food that contains proteins, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

PROPERTIES and benefits of the egg:

eggs are rich in nutrients: are rich in high quality protein and vitamins, especially vitamins of Group B.

the egg yolk is a source of vitamin B12 (growth), riboflavin, choline, vitamin A and D. The egg yolk is high in cholesterol.

The cholesterol is not a deadly poison, but a substance that is absolutely necessary for you to be healthy. High cholesterol itself does not cause heart disease.

The yolk is also a great source of minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium and phosphorus. If the hens are fed flax seeds, eggs provide omega-3.

Lunch: choose 1 option:
a) 1 egg + mixed salad of tomato, lettuce, onions, seasoned with lemon or vinegar + infusion with sweetener + 2 fruit

b) 150 g of grilled lean meat (1 tbsp. oil olive) + salad of green leaves + infusion with sweetener + 20 g cheese.

(c) 1 piece of low fat cheese + boiled vegetables seasoned with 1 teaspoon of olive oil or sunflower + Infusion. (

d) 1 can tuna natural + mixed salad seasoned with vinegar or lemon + infusion + 20 g cheese. (

e) 1\/4 of roasted skinless chicken + grated carrot salad + 20 g cheese. ((((

Dinner: choose 1 option:
a) 1 hard boiled egg + spinach sautéed with onions and peppers + 2 fruits citrus
b) 1 hard boiled egg + sliced tomatoes with oregano + 2 fruits citrus
c) 1 hard boiled egg + fruit salad + 2 fruits citrus
d) 1 hard boiled egg + mixed salad of lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, outbreak of soybean. + citrus fruits 2
(e) 1 hard boiled egg + boiled vegetables seasoned with 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil. + citrus fruits 2
