Diet to lose 10 Kg in 3 months

Boiled vegetables varied, seasoned with oil and pepper threads (reduce salt consumption to minimize fluid retention).
+ 1 serving diet or one jelly flan or fruit.

DINNER: 1 bowl of broth diet +

* fruit salad
* 1 tofu salad with breaded
* mushrooms scrambled with egg and onion + 1 slice of white bread complete
* 1 small can of sardines, rinsed and washed with 1 slice of white bread complete
