this diet is very easy, if we are with little time, you can buy everything you need in one go, and we’ll open cans that we need.
Breakfast: 1 cup of milk fat with an infusion and sweetener + 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted with jam light.
Mid-morning: 1 yogurt diet or 1 hard boiled egg.
Lunch:
choose from these 4 options:
(a) 1 can tuna crumbled without oil mixed with 100 g of noodles to choice + salad with tomato and onions. (
b) 1 can mushrooms + 100 g light ravioli or gnocchi. (
c) 1\/2 can of peas, 1\/2 can of tomato, 1\/2 Tin lentils accompanied with white rice 100 g. (
d) 1\/2 can of corn, 1\/2 can of cream corn, 1\/2 Cap pascualina light, 1\/2 onion finely, cut 2 strips of pepper crudasy 100 grams cheese cut into cubes, diet
baked half an hour.
Snack: 1 with sweetener herbal tea Infusion + 2 toasted bread with cheese diet.
Mid afternoon: 1 fruit.
Dinner:
